Smau Napoli: Pop Up Magazine present! What is Smau Napoli? It is an event dedicated to digital innovation for businesses and local authorities, which was held in various cities such as Padua, Bologna, Berlin, Turin, Florence, Milan and finally Naples, my city. Many workshops took place on 15 and 16 December by professionals such as E-commerce managers, web marketers, SEO consultants and many other leading figures who work in the digital field. There were several stands of companies such as Sky or new start-ups promoting their business in the various pavilions. Smau Napoli has been a reference event for professionals in the sector for over 50 years and helps them grow and renew their skills.
Workshop I was present at On Thursday I followed the workshop held by Find Your Phone Number Angela Perego , architect at Bocconi, who spoke to us about omnichannel, that is, the process through which the boundaries of the different channels available to the company and customers are increasingly blurred. Customer experience expectations are evolving, and companies are dealing with increasingly product-informed customers. Angela spoke to us about the need for integration between the online and physical world (therefore shops), which many companies still lack today, and how important it is to involve customers through new strategies, such as virtual shop windows or the use of augmented reality in the dressing rooms.
He introduced us to the topic of social customer engagement (the relationship between company and customer that develops through social media) and how to improve it through different phases: the use of social channels to listen to the customer and involve him; storytelling entrusted to customers; co-creation of marketing campaigns with customers; create affiliation and closeness; This workshop was very useful to understand how the relationship with the customer is changing and how companies are adapting to this change. The second workshop I followed at Smau Napoli was held by Daniele Rutigliano, an E-commerce consultant, who talked to us about online commerce in the food sector.
